frank howard was the national league rookie of the year for the dodgers in 1960. here he is on his 1965 topps card, although he played for the second generation washington senators that year. 
don't cry for frank, though. while he missed out on his second world series ring, he was able to play every day and put up some monstrous numbers during his time with the senators. he remains one of the most, if not the most, popular players in washington, and by all accounts is just an outstanding guy.
